  • Increased marketing-sourced bookings more than 3× year over year (January–August) on a flat budget.
  • Led the company’s first AI initiatives within marketing, driving organization-wide adoption and measurable gains in productivity and efficiency.

  • Led a global team of 60 and oversaw a $45M budget across brand, social, digital, events, marketing operations and analytics.
  • Drove more than $240M in new-logo sourced pipeline from digital advertising campaigns in FY24, with a blended 7× return on ad spend.
  • Partnered with Product to grow the annual Perform conference into a 2,000+ person event that drove more than $100M in pipeline in FY24.
  • Conducted a brand refresh and creative campaign that increased brand awareness and association with “modern,” “innovative” and “trusted.”

Hired as Head of Marketing to scale a cloud-native, high-growth startup.

  • Launched the first SaaS offering in the midst of a pandemic, evolving a services and open-source business into a commercial software company.
  • Grew organic traffic 4× and pipeline contribution from 10% to 50%.
  • Drove a product-led growth strategy to upsell open-source users to software.

Led global marketing across strategy, branding, digital, demand generation, product marketing, public and analyst relations, and channel and partner marketing. Created the product marketing function and scaled the organization.

  • Managed a team of 23, plus agencies, and a $10M budget.
  • Joined as employee #39 and helped grow the company over five years from $2M to $80M+ in ARR, and from 50 to 1,700 customers, with 30% outside the US.
  • Built a world-class customer marketing team focused on retention, adoption, value realization and growth.

Led product management for VCE Vision orchestration software at a $1B converged-infrastructure provider and joint venture between VMware, Cisco and Dell.

  • Led strategy and roadmap development for the systems management software portfolio for Vblock Systems.
  • Contributed to VCE’s growth from its inception in late 2009 to 700+ global customers, 1,700+ employees and $1.2B in annual revenue.
  • Regularly presented at briefings for CIOs and CTOs of Fortune 500 companies.

Led product marketing for RSA’s Security Information & Event Management (SIEM) solution.

  • Supported growth of the SIEM product from $40M to $110M in 36 months.
  • Secured Leader positioning for RSA/EMC in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Security Information three years in a row, helping increase product revenue 20–25% annually.
